One day hysterectomy is becoming popular because of significant patient benefit, safety, patient preference and cost effective procedure. It is popularly known as minimally invasive vaginal hysterectomy, an innovation in the traditional non-descent vaginal surgery. Principally the technique that is used to use vessel seal clamps, which by computerized means calculates the amount ,strength and duration of current required for tissue held. This enables complete vaporization sealing of vessels and tissue without lateral thermal tissue damage .
